Compassionate Isle of Man introduces 'Sit and Chat' benches
A local charity hopes its 'Sit and Chat' benches will create better community connections.
Compassionate Isle of Man introduced the project to tackle loneliness and isolation, whilst promoting simple acts of kindness.
The benches can be found at different places around the Island, identifiable by their purple and yellow paint.
Organiser Lorna Trevethan says the scheme will help those most vulnerable:
