Authority responds to antisocial behaviour in authority estates
'Antisocial behaviour is something we all need to take responsibility for'.
That's the view of Douglas Council Leader, Claire Wells.
It follows reports of antisocial behaviour in south Douglas housing estates belonging to the authority.
