'Committee' Keys' sitting praised
The Speaker of the House of Keys has hailed a 'legislative' first, after the chamber sat as a committee to hear evidence this week.
During the clauses stage of Dr Alex Allinson's Abortion Reform Bill 2018, proceedings were altered to allow invited guest speakers deliver statements on the proposed legislation, and for members to ask questions.
