
On election day, police are repeating the warning that tampering with candidates' signs is a criminal offence.
It’s after a candidate in Hills Ward in Douglas had three expensive banners removed yesterday afternoon from Anagh Coar, the Spring Valley Road and the Vehicle Sourcing Centre on Peel Road.
Police have made it clear anyone caught removing or defacing them could face prosecution.
