Isle of Man Bank and police highlight current scam
Police are urging people to be on their guard after fraud attacks which have targeted Manx residents.
The Isle of Man Bank has reported a number of incidents involving fraudsters calling or texting members of the public.
The caller claims to be from the bank, or someone who can act on their behalf to help reclaim money, putting pressure on to create a sense of urgency.
