Douglas woman Naseem Pishvaie will be remembered tomorrow (Sunday) two years after she lost her battle with a brain tumour.
Naseem, who was 21, received pioneering treatment as well as regular chemotherapy before her death in late 2009 but her name lives on through Naseem's Manx Brain Tumour Trust.
A memorial walk tomorrow from Douglas to St John’s or Peel – whichever you prefer – starts from the Quarterbridge car park at 12 noon and anyone wanting to take part is welcome to turn up.
Her mother Gerry says the trust is funding ongoing treatment for other brain tumour sufferers in the Island.
