
Protecting the truly vulnerable is the priority as social care chiefs consider a major overhaul of the Island’s social policy.
Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw says more than 1,000 responses have been received as the department reviews issues such as means-testing for universal benefits and public housing.
Mr Robertshaw is encouraged by the public feedback to a public consultation:
