The Island is losing one its air services to London City.
VLM has confirmed it's dropping the route after suspending the service for the summer earlier in the year.
It had been geared towards the business traveller.
Passengers who had booked seats on the service are being offered refunds or tickets to travel with another airline.
Aer Arann remains the only airline offering a service to London City from the Island.
The news comes the day after airport director Ann Reynolds said she was 'cautiously optimistic' about future passenger numbers at Ronaldsway as their decline last month slowed.
However, she admitted any improvement would be slow and the next 12 months were going to be difficult.
