Campaigners keen to see scrapped bus route restored
An MHK says visitors and locals deserve a bus service that goes to Cregneash.
It was recently confirmed that the 28 route had been scrapped because it was no longer financially viable, with passenger numbers having fallen substantially since 2019.
Campaigners in the south of the Island met this week to discuss options.
Rushen MHK Michelle Haywood says it's not just about providing a service for tourists:
Douglas council seeking sites for future housing development
Most Manx students studying in northern universities
Mobile Library to return to the road
Gatwick drop-off fee rises again
