
A Norwegian author who sat in Tynwald last week, as part of his research for a book, says he was very impressed by what he saw.
Morten Soberg is writing about the world's parliaments and spent a week on the Isle of Man.
He says the debates he heard were of a high standard, and something else caught his eye in the chamber:
