Concertgoer 'shouted at' for speaking before show
VillaGaiety says it's aware of an incident at the Royal Hall over the weekend and is discussing the matter internally.
It's after a concertgoer posted on social media to share their experience after the Rumours of Fleetwood Mac show.
The poster wrote that they and two others arrived at the venue before the show in high spirits and were talking among themselves when they were approached and shouted at.
It's also alleged the person then reported the trio to security, who kept an eye on them and approached them when they were exchanging greetings with others who joined the group to say they were on their last warning.
This incident, the poster says, left them in tears but they were told the same had happened to others.
In a statement to Manx Radio the villa says the matter is being discussed internally and it's requesting anyone who may have been affected to contact them through the official complaints procedure so concerns can be formally considered.
