Workers' rights a priority, insists minister
The economic development minister is telling staff at the Villa Gaiety complex their rights will be protected in the event of a takeover.
Laurence Skelly made the comments in light of proposals to instigate a tender process for the running of the government-owned venue.
He says three UK-based parties have shown interest so far - but a local bid would be welcomed when the process begins later this year.
For now, though, he's giving assurances to workers:
