An Isle of man vicar accused of stealing over £12,000 is due to find out today (Tuesday) when he will stand trial.
Fifty-five-year-old Canon David John Green of Maughold denies eight counts of theft and ten of false accounting.
The offences were allegedly committed between 1997 and 2009, and are said to have involved the finances of the Maughold Burial Authority, the Diocese of Sodor and Mann and Maughold Parochial Church Council
