Geoff Rice is raising money for the RNLI
A Peel athlete is set to start a gruelling fundraising challenge this weekend.
Veteran runner Geoff Rice is taking on seven marathons in seven days, each marathon consisting of five laps up and around Peel Hill.
Covering 183 miles across the week, and several climbs to Corrin’s Tower each day, Geoff is raising money for the RNLI.
He explains why he chose that particular charity:
Geoff’s first marathon gets underway this Saturday afternoon (17 May), starting at Fenella Beach at 1pm and you can find a link to his Just Giving page HERE.
