Emergency crews are on the scene after a vehicle has gone over the edge at Scarlett in Castletown.
The coastguard, ambulance, fire and rescue and police are all in attendance.
One person has been removed from the vehicle and treated by paramedics.
Scarlett has been closed and people are being asked to avoid the area.
