The parish of Marown has suffered a spate of vandalism.
A memorial bench in a playground in Crosby was ripped from the concrete plinth it was secured to and thrown into the river, as was a nearby gate.
Someone also tried to set fire to some recently refurbished public toilets in the community.

The vandalism occurred some time overnight on March 23/24. The number for Peel police is 842208.
