Culprit caught on CCTV
Police are looking for a boy who they say destroyed an electricity panel at the Peveril Building on Loch promenade in Douglas.
CCTV footage on the Central Neighbourhood Policing Team's Facebook page shows him repeatedly kicking the panel, egged on by four other youths.
Officers say having destroyed it, he went on to urinate on it.
