MUA applies for planning permission
The Manx Utilities Authority has made an urgent application for planning permission to rebuild part of the river wall in Laxey.
The organisation says it wants to replace part of the river’s retaining wall which has collapsed at Laxey Fire Station.
In its application, the MUA says it’s an urgent matter because it needs permission for the work before it could go out to tender at the start of July.
