First reading for Sexual Offences and Obscene Publication Bill 2019
Ensuring the victims of sex crimes are protected and can seek justice are two of the aims of proposed new legislation.
The Sexual Offences and Obscene Publications Bill 2019 will have its first reading at this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
The proposals, which bring together and update the current laws on these two topics, went out to public consultation earlier this year.
