A pod of dolphins was spotted in Douglas Bay today (Tuesday).
They are thought to be of the bottled nosed variety, which are often seen in Manx waters at this time of year.
Estimated numbers vary between around a dozen to 50 or more.
The dolphins were quite close to the land and were and were heading south.
