Manx Radio understands that bus drivers on the Island will be holding a ballot on Wednesday on the latest offer on pay and conditions.
Unite the Union have told us they'll recommend their members accept it.
So far this year, drivers have taken part in five rounds of strike action against their employer, bus vannin.
