Pressure is mounting on the Public Services Commission, as Unite has rejected a fifth revised pay offer.
At the same time, Prospect is calling for the immediate release of a four percent pay rise, backdated to 1 April 2024.
PSC Chair Rob Callister MHK says it’s disappointing the latest offer wasn’t accepted, but he remains hopeful a resolution can be reached.
