Backdated payrise, recruitment drive and longer Christmas holiday under consideration
A teaching union is asking its members whether they want to accept a revised pay offer from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
The NAHT narrowly rejected a previous offer in January, resulting in what it's calling an improved offer being made by education bosses.
The union says it's now being offered a 2% payrise backdated to September, recruitment of 20 cover additional supervisors and a longer Christmas break.
The organisation, which represents schools leaders, will close its ballot on 3 May.
