A move to delay the Manx government restructuring and openly discuss the plans has been backed by a leading union.
The Isle of Man Trades Council says the proposal - revealed by Rushen MHK Juan Watterson this week - is needed so everyone affected can have an input.

IOMTUC president Angela Moffatt says more consultation is needed for something as important as this.
