Negotiating secretary says long-term issues need resolving
There needs to be investment in frontline education as well as transformation within the department.
That's from the local negotiating secretary of the NASUWT after the union paused its industrial action short of a strike.
It's to allow for fresh talks with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture in a bid to end the dispute over pay and conditions.
