Douglas seafront 'as you'd expect it to be' for TT
Refurbishment works to Douglas promenade are behind schedule due to 'unforeseen delays', according to the infrastructure minister.
In an announcement to the House of Keys yesterday, Ray Harmer told members obstacles had been encountered with regard to utilities underground.
But, Mr Harmer confirmed the prom will be 'open for business' and 'as you'd expect it to be' during TT.
The two-year project is set to be the first major excavation of the capital's highway in 90 years.
