April jobless total stands at 462
The number of people registered as unemployed on the Island fell by 45 last month.
The latest Isle of Man Labour Market Report shows 462 economically active people out of work.
Ninety seven people signed on and 142 people left the register during April 2017. The number without work was 249 lower than at the same time last year.
The unemployment rate stood at 1.1%, with 734 vacancies at the Job Centre at the end of the month, 475 full time and 259 part time.
Of those unemployed, 305 were men and 157 women
