Some people under the age of 30 are still being offered the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine despite a move by government to offer a different brand.

The health minister has blamed slower take up of the vaccine in the younger age group but says it's still in line with advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation:

The decision to offer an alternative vaccination came after a scientific review found a potential link between Oxford-AstraZeneca and blood clots.
