Government set to move from elimination to mitigation
The Director of Public Health says complex modelling may be needed as government looks to move from an elimination to mitigation strategy against Covid-19.
Dr Henrietta Ewart was speaking at a Q&A session, where she explained the main factors for consideration are vaccination rollout and infection levels here and in neighbouring jurisdictions.
She says modelling would help the government understand what impacts any change of approach would have on the Manx population.
