
The chief minister says he hopes a review of the United Kingdom's freedom of information legislation will help shape the Island's laws.
Allan Bell says it could help the Isle of Man avoid problems discovered in the UK's legislation.
He made the claim in response to a House of Keys question from Onchan MHK Zac Hall today.
Mr Hall asked if Mr Bell had heard some British government documents were shredded before their laws came in.
