A leading figure from a United Kingdom passenger watchdog will be the keynote speaker at a meeting of the Isle of Man's TravelWatch group this weekend.
David Sidebottom is director of Passenger Focus, which campaigns for a better deal for passengers on trains, buses, coaches and trams across Britain.
The meeting on Saturday will hear the latest from him on identifying key passenger issues, and how to measure the performance of transport operators.
Chairman of TravelWatch Isle of Man Brendan O'Friel says bus passengers on the Island are generally well-served, but a key issue needs to be addressed (listen to audio file below):
The meeting is at the Villa Marina on Saturday (November 12), starting at 10 am.
It's open to the public and there is no admission charge.
