Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK wants clarification
Clarification is being sought on the government's position on electronic animal collars in the Isle of Man.
The Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse is asking Tynwald to set out where it stands on the issue.
In a written answer, Tynwald said legislation was to be brought in on animal welfare, and the issue would be addressed once this was in place.
However, it did not give a timeframe for the legislation, nor specific reference to collars themselves.
