A decision on whether bus drivers in the Isle of Man will strike will be made known later today (Friday).
It follows almost three hours of robust negotiations yesterday, between union officials and leisure department management.
About 100 employees are threatening action on Tynwald Day, next Tuesday, and the following day, in a row over terms and conditions of employment.
Officials from the union Unite are due to address drivers on the latest position.
