How to make sure it will be accepted
If you are planning to present a petition on Tynwald Day, there's a reminder of what is required of them to be accepted.
The documents must comply with the standing orders of Tynwald.
Guidance for potential petitioners is available on the Tynwald website at http://www.tynwald.org.im/business/petitions/ or from the Tynwald library (Tel: 685520).
People are strongly encouraged to seek advice from the Clerk of Tynwald in advance of submitting their petition.
