
Employers' claims young adults are living at home have meant a new band for the minimum wage.
Today, Tynwald approved moves to create a new wage band for 18 to 20 year olds who were previously classed as adults.
They won't get a rise in the minimum wage for over 21s which was also approved today after Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly said businesses had opposed the rise.
