Lottery winner teams up with motorcycle racer
A Braddan man who scooped a million pound lottery prize is now hoping his money can benefit an aspiring TT winner.
Father of three Phil Poultney landed the seven-figure sum after striking lucky in the EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker last September.
He's now decided to team up with motorcycle racer Jamie Williams and the JLG racing team.
