Two members of Tynwald who were absent without leave were reprimanded by the President before business got underway this morning.
The court sat until 10pm last night, in order to debate the Southern Area Plan.
But Onchan MHK Peter Karran and East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell left before the end of business.
