Fire crews put out blaze on promenade
Two people are in police custody after a scooter was found alight on Peel promenade in the early hours of the morning.
Fire crews were quick to the scene, and the blaze was put out shortly after.
No one was injured.
Constabulary is now urging anyone with any information to come forward.
