Police warn the public to ‘keep safe’
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of Covid offences, on the first day of the Island’s three-week lockdown.
Police will not comment on the nature of the offences, however have used the arrests as an example to remind others to stick to the new rules.
In a post on social media, the constabulary asks that each member of the public ‘play their part’ in keeping the Island safe.
