The assault of a 17-year-old youth at the weekend has prompted a police investigation.
He sustained non-serious injuries in a disturbance involving three males, two of whom were arrested and later bailed.
It happened at the side lane of the youth club Café Laare, in Lord Street, Douglas at 10pm on Friday.
A number of young people were in the area at the time, as well as patrons from the Albert Hotel and the Old Market Inn, and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
