Stranded visitors linked with accommodation
A social media helpline coming to the aid of hundreds of struggling TT riders is inundated with offers from generous Manx residents.
Facebook page, TT & Manx Grand Prix 2017 Helpline, was set up to find accommodation for visitors after campsites flooded in 2015, and as a lost and found page.
Hundreds of people have contacted the page offering support and shelter, after Tuesday night's Steam Packet sailing from Douglas to Heysham (6 June) was cancelled, due to bad weather.
