Economic Development Minister Allan Bell says his department will be considering ways to make the TT safer for competitors next year.
At this year's festival, the department took overall control for the first time, but saw three competitors die on the mountain circuit during race and practice sessions, and four fatal accidents on public roads.
In addition, the number of serious injury accidents increased from 22 to 32, and general incidents on the roads were up from 79 to 92.
Mr Bell says the festival was a success, but there are some concerns which need to be addressed:
Road closures in place following incident in Hillberry area
£1 million National AI Office launched to coordinate artificial intelligence policy and adoption
Confusion over cause of issues for IOM residents selling on Vinted
Peel Commissioners first to announce rate increases
