Committee continues investigation
A bidder who lost out to Vision Nine in government's failed TT promoter deal says the process was 'flawed' from the outset.
Barrie Baxter, a former MGP competitor and Guernsey businessman, funded a rival firm's offer during the tender process last year.
He appeared before a Tynwald Committee tasked with investigating the collapsed deal yesterday (Wed).
Mr Baxter says the way DED approached the process was ill-conceived, but well-intentioned:
