A dedicated TT fan is visiting the Island for the 62nd time this year.
Barry Briggs, 78, from Keighley in West Yorkshire continues to visit the Island despite ill health and the death of his wife nine years ago.
Mr Briggs has been presented with a solid silver commemorative tankard from the Department of Tourism and Leisure for his commitment to the races.
The red carpet was rolled out when Mr Briggs flew into Ronaldsway - courtesy of manx2.com - where he was greeted by the airline's senior manager, and DTL member Geoff Corkish.
