Healthcare provider says MGP expenditure is still being calculated
Providing extra healthcare during two road racing events cost Manx Care more than £300,000.
The health board confirmed TT and Southern 100 resulted in an additional spend of £304,000, mostly due to extra staffing.
Manx Grand Prix costs are still being calculated, although reduced additional staffing is required for MGP.
However, Manx Care says two local riders who were severely injured during MGP have required off Island treatment, which will have a significant impact on tertiary expenditure.
