Tributes continue to flood in to Home Affairs Minister and South Douglas MHK Bill Malarkey, who has died at the age of 68 after a long battle with cancer.
Home Affairs CEO, Dan Davies, said he was "a kind, decent and honourable public servant. It was a privilege to have him as a Minister and a colleague."
