Illiam Dhone ceremony at Hango Hill
The annual Illiam Dhone commemoration has taken place at Hango Hill near Castletown this afternoon.
Peter Crellin spoke in Manx and Dr John Callow gave an address in English.
It's 355 years since Illiam Dhone was executed at the same spot following charges of high treason from the 8th Earl of Derby.
At the ceremony hosted by Mark Kermode, tribute was paid to Kirk Michael man Roy Kennaugh who passed away recently:-
