Onchan Commissioners are paying tribute to their chief finance officer Colin Clague, who has passed away at the age of 59.
Mr Clague died at Nobles Hospital on Tuesday following an accident at his home on Friday.
He was well-known at St Peter's Church where he was a warden and through his interest in cycling, where he followed the interest of his late father, Curwen, and was an officer for International Cycle Week.
