76-year-old denies dangerous driving on Mountain Road
A pensioner from West Baldwin will stand trial after denying driving dangerously on the Mountain Road.
Carol Morris entered a not guilty plea to the charge at Douglas Courthouse.
The 76-year-old is accused of driving the wrong way along the TT Course, whilst the one-way system was in place for the motorsport event, in her Nissan Leaf on 12 June.
A pre-trial review will take place on 24 October; she’s been bailed until that date.
