17-year-old also denies possessing cannabis
A teenager from Castletown will stand trial after denying drug driving.
Oliver Quayle, of Victoria Road, also denies possessing cannabis – both offences were allegedly committed at Clypse Reservoir on 26 November last year.
The 17-year-old appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he was told a pre-trial review will take place on 15 June.
He’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 24 October a trial date for 5 January 2024 was set.
